Free diagnostic

Your organization's digital diagnostic.

Fifteen questions you answer in five minutes. This is not a sales form: each one reveals a practical gap or confirms that your foundation holds.

We ask for no email, no name and no sign-up. Nothing is sent and nothing is stored — the page is yours to read and answer for yourself. If you want our reading of your answers afterwards, the door is open.

First: can people find you when they look?

  1. 01

If a customer searched Google right now for your service in your wilaya, would your name appear?

Not appearing costs more than a ranking. It costs every customer who decided to search before asking the people they know.

  2. 02

How many people visited your site or page last month? A rough number will do.

Without a number you do not know whether your presence is working. And what is not measured is not improved.

  3. 03

Is your work email on your own organization's name, or on a free service?

An address on your own domain costs little and changes a great deal in how someone who does not know you yet reads you.

Then: do you own what you built?

  1. 04

If your Facebook page were closed tomorrow with no warning, what would you still hold?

Content and a customer list on a platform you do not own are not an asset. A site and a list are.

  2. 05

Can you change a line of text or a price on your site right now, or do you wait for someone?

Waiting to change one line means a site that ages because updating costs, not because it does not matter.

  3. 06

Your logo: do you have the original vector file, or an image saved out of a chat?

A saved image is fine for posts and fails on a sign or in print. That is the moment people discover they do not own their identity.

Next: where does your team's time go?

  1. 07

How many times was the same information typed into two places this week?

Double entry is not only wasted time, it is a source of contradiction: two versions of one number and nobody sure which is right.

  2. 08

How many minutes would it take you right now to know how much of your best seller is left in stock?

If the answer is more than a minute, your buying and pricing decisions rest on an estimate rather than a figure.

  3. 09

When someone joins, is there a training path ready, or do they learn by watching?

Learning by watching means your organization's knowledge lives in people's heads, and leaves when they do.

Finally: are you measuring, or guessing?

  1. 10

Your last advertising spend — how many customers did it bring?

Without the answer you spend on hope rather than strategy, stopping the campaign that wins and continuing the one that loses.

  2. 11

What does one customer cost you?

That figure tells you how much you can spend to win one. Without it you cannot know whether your advertising is cheap or expensive.

  3. 12

The last digital tool you bought — on what basis did you choose it?

Most tools are bought on a recommendation and then abandoned, having never been chosen for a specific problem.

Finally: is your data protected and recoverable?

  1. 13

Where are important customer, staff and operations files kept?

Data scattered across personal phones, chats and unknown drives cannot be protected or restored with confidence.

  2. 14

Who can access each kind of data in your organization?

Without role-based access, people see more than they need and old access often remains open.

  3. 15

Have you tested restoring a backup in the last six months?

An untested backup does not prove the organization can resume work after a failure or human error.

How to read your answers

One to three you could not answer

You are in good shape. What you need is a targeted improvement, not a full transformation — and do not let anyone sell you more than that.

Four to eight you could not answer

The gaps are real but scattered. Order matters more than speed here: one right step beats five run in parallel.

More than eight you could not answer

Do not start by buying a tool. Start by ordering the priorities, because buying before ordering is how whole budgets are spent with nothing to show.
